After training in Stage Management at Rose Bruford College Lou Stevens has over two decades of experience in the live events industry. As a freelance stage and production manager she toured extensively around Europe and North America.
Lou then moved onto one of the UK’s largest regional receiving house theatres, initially as Deputy Technical Manager before being promoted to Technical and Buildings Manager. In this capacity she was responsible for a team of almost 50 in house technicians as well as liaising with hundreds of incoming productions to ensure they received the technical support required to facilitate their event.
Lou has worked on sporting, theatre and live music events in venues from Sadlers Wells to Wembley Stadium, Via Wembley Arena, the Copperbox and even the Coronation of King Charles III.
In her spare time, she is an avid runner, having completed several marathons and she recently took up scuba diving.
Ian trained at LAMDA on their Stage Management and Technical Theatre degree with over a decade worth of experience since graduation, along with skill’s learnt years before as part of the RAF theatre association he has paved a successful freelance career within the sector.
From being technical manager for the multimillion-pound rebuilding of the versatile Riverside Studio in west London, to managing all Sound and AV needs from Assembly festival at the Edinburgh fringe encompassing over 240+
He has worked on a variety of events including sporting and concerts at stadiums across the globe, he has been integral to Hyde Parks Winter Wonderland and has also been key in the reprogramming of automation abord P&O’s cruise ships.
In his spare time he scuba dives, builds lego, runs occasionally and enjoys finding out how things work.
